Day 57: Stillness amongst chaos

Depending on what time I leave for work, I often see an asian woman who must be in here 70s at least. Every time I see her she is doing yoga by the side of the tunnel at Central station. I think she hands out the Epoch Times newspaper and takes time out to meditate and do yoga/perhaps tai chi. She always amazes me, people are rushing past her but she manages to find stillness in all the chaos. I am yet to get a decent photo of her but I picture taking a long exposure of her slow movements next to the crowds rushing past or a video sped up.
