Day 51: Bicycle

I saw this bike on my way to work on Tuesday. It had what looked like a wig coming out of the back, a discarded Mardi Gras outfit perhaps? I saw the same bike cycle past me last week but it had lots of LED lights hanging out of the back instead. They were lit up so i'm not sure how they were powered!
