Day 53: Here comes the rain again

I don't think I have ever seen as much rain in one day as I did on Thursday. I tried to wait until it stopped before I left for work. 45 minutes later and I was forced to walk in it anyway. The sole of my shoe actually half fell off, I don't think the glue could take so much water! I had to walk back home 5 minutes later to change shoes!

That evening we had a power cut. Our whole block went out. I took that as my queue to go to bed!
